This is a new take on my last crate, but now you can customize it super easily using MakerWorld’s new tool.

Just tweak three simple settings to make it fit your needs:

• Outside length
• Outside width
• Wall thickness

The height adjusts automatically to give you the biggest crate possible that still folds down flat.

If you want to go even further, you can grab the F3D file and play around with it in Fusion 360 to make it your own.

Assembly

Print the 5 pieces (1 x base, 2 x long side and 2 x short sides)

Snap the sides onto the base in this orientation :
