Bambu Lab LED Lamp - MH001很多玩家手上都有,也许你只是把它当做一个玩具,但我就觉得这样有些浪费。于是我从实用角度设计了这套模型,使它变为真正实用和好用的小夜灯,成为您床头柜上的好伙伴。

模型说明(Model Description):
完整的模型由“调光与开关底座”与“灯罩”两个打印配置组成,由于灯罩使用了花瓶模式,所以我不得不把灯罩模型独立为一个打印配置。
打印配置“垫脚定位盖”用于方便用户粘贴垫脚,提供8mm、10mm、12mm三种直径垫脚的定位盖,您可以根据实际情况选择打印使用。
The complete model consists of two print configurations, "Dimming & Switching Base" and "Lampshade", and since the lampshade uses the vase mode, I had to separate the lampshade model into a separate print configuration.
The printing configuration "Foot Positioning Cover" is used to facilitate users to paste the foot, and provides positioning covers with 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm diameter feet, and you can choose to print and use it according to the actual situation.
主要特色(Key features):
1.通过按压灯体即可实现开关灯,不用担心漆黑的夜里找不到那个小小的开关。
2.旋转灯罩即可实现小夜灯的明暗调节,从而满足不同人对夜灯亮度的需求。
3.无需支撑,无需其他五金件,全部配件均能通过3D打印获得。
4.灯罩部分使用花瓶模式,灯罩主体部门没有Z缝,简洁且美观。
5.提供可DIY的灯罩底座,可以在保留功能的前提下将灯罩换为您喜欢的样式。
1. You can turn on and off the light by pressing the lamp body, so you don't have to worry about not finding the small switch in the dark night.
2. Rotate the lampshade to realize the dimming adjustment of the night light, so as to meet the needs of different people for the brightness of the night light.
3. No need for support, no need for other hardware, all accessories can be obtained through 3D printing.
4. The lampshade part uses the vase mode, and the main part of the lampshade has no Z seam, which is simple and beautiful.
5. Provide a DIY lampshade base, which can be changed to your favorite style while retaining the function.
设计师建议(Designer's Recommendations):
1.灯罩部分建议使用透明、半透明或白色的非哑光耗材进行打印。
2.光圈部分建议使用深色耗材或哑光耗材进行打印。
3.由于存在垂直方向的卡扣,所以建议使用Z向韧性较好的材料打印(如PLA+、PETG)。
4.为了避免模型松散,模型上的卡扣设计较为紧密,安装时务必对准位置且需要稍微用力。
5.为了调光操作时的手感顺滑,存在摩擦的部件需要进行润滑,建议使用凡士林对接触部分进行涂抹。
6.为了实现单手调光,建议在底部粘贴防滑脚垫,可以使用购买的硅胶软脚垫,也可以自己用TPU打印(圆柱体或去顶的反向圆锥体)。
7.建议使用设计师给出的配置进行打印,无特殊情况不要进行修改。
8.因功率和显色指数的原因,本灯并不适合用于阅读。

2. It is recommended to use dark filaments or matte filaments for printing in the aperture part.
3. Due to the existence of vertical buckles, it is recommended to use materials with good Z-direction toughness (such as PLA+, PETG) for printing.
4. In order to avoid the loose model, the buckle design on the model is tighter, and the installation must be aligned and slightly forced.
5. In order to smooth the feel during dimming operation, the parts with friction need to be lubricated, and it is recommended to use petroleum jelly to apply the contact parts.
6. In order to achieve one-handed dimming, it is recommended to paste the non-slip foot pad on the bottom, you can use the purchased silicone soft foot pad, or you can print it yourself with TPU (cylindrical or reverse cone with top removed).
7. It is recommended to use the configuration given by the designer for printing, and do not modify it without special circumstances.
8.Due to power and color rendering index, this lamp is not suitable for reading.
已知问题(Known Issues):
1.使用本套件会使夜灯的电源线变短,你可能需要外接延长线使用,当然如果您动手能力强,还可以改造开关位置解决此问题(当然您也可以选择不使用开关底座)。
2.LED灯的功率为3W,长时间使用温度能达到70摄氏度,这可能会导致紧邻的打印件发生少量软化变形,但一般不会影响到正常使用。
3.为了减小高温导致的打印件软化变形,紧邻件使用了实心设计,因此会多消耗一些重量的耗材,选用耐温能力较高的耗材类型或品牌也能解决此问题。
4.灯罩部分采用两个相互套入的花瓶模式配件(能套入且较紧,需要较高精度),如果无法顺利装入可以使用孔洞补偿来调整间歇。

2. The power of the LED lamp is 3W, and the temperature can reach 70 degrees Celsius for a long time, which may cause a small amount of softening and deformation of the adjacent prints, but it will generally not affect the normal use.
3. In order to reduce the softening and deformation of the printed parts caused by high temperature, the adjacent parts use a solid design, so it will consume more weight of consumables, and the choice of consumables type or brand with higher temperature resistance can also solve this problem.
4. The lampshade part adopts two vase pattern accessories that are inserted into each other (can be inserted and tighter, requiring higher precision), if it cannot be loaded smoothly, you can use hole compensation to adjust the intermittent.

I began to conceive this model in late November 24, but due to the continuous interference of miscellaneous matters, the cycle process of development, testing and improvement can only be carried out intermittently, and it was not basically completed until the end of June 25.
I have been using this model myself after the basic molding, I think it has reached a relatively easy to use stage, if you also have LED Lamp - MH001 in hand, it is recommended that you also print it out and try it, thank you!
这个模型我24年11月下旬就开始构思了,但由于杂事不断干扰,开发测试改进的循环过程只能断断续续的进行,直到25年6月底才基本完成,算是继回转料盘架系列之后本人的又一力作吧,希望大家能够喜欢:)
