Cat Window Protection Grid

Protective window grid for cats – designed to secure the gaps that appear when the window is tilted open. 

The grid includes holes that allow it to be screwed onto the window using M3 screws. However, I recommend using strong 3M tape instead to avoid damaging the window by drilling.

The grid consists of 3 parts that are connected with M4x12 screws and nuts.
 

Note: The model includes a design for M4x12 screws. If you want to use them, make sure to print them using a stronger material. PLA screws may break easily due to their small size. For stability, metal screws are recommended.
 

Grid dimensions:

128 x 502 x 11 mm

Accessories recommended for installation:

• Strong 3M tape or M3 screws
• M4x12 screws with nuts for connecting the parts

Recommended print settings:

• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Elephant foot compensation: 0.15 mm
• Infill: 30%

For screw and nuts:

• Layer height: 0.12mm
• Speed: 80 mm/s

• Infill: 100%
