This is a new, more robust case design for the Raspberry Pi Zero 2W, created for better durability and portability. It’s still snap-fit (no screws or glue needed), but now with a stronger structure and swappable top lid options—perfect for on-the-go builds or tight enclosures.

Key Features:

• Thicker, more sturdy walls for improved protection
• Snap-fit only – secure hold without screws or inserts
• Top lid with optional keychain loop – swap between “loop” and “no loop” versions depending on your use case
• Air vents on the top lid only – clean base for stronger build integrity
• Set up for multi-color printing using “print by object” (one plate includes 1 bottom + 2 top variants)

Model Versions:

• Ver. A – Fits Raspberry Pi Zero 2W (no pre-soldered headers)
• Ver. B – Fits Raspberry Pi Zero 2WH with pre-soldered 40-pin header (slightly taller bottom to accommodate pins)

Print Recommendations:

Before printing, delete the unused top part version “with loop” or “without loop” to save time and filament.
