Aero Spinner - Singularity
Title / Introduction: Bring the Abyss of the Cosmos to Your Desktop. Recreate the movie's black hole right on your PC fan. Introducing the latest in the Aero Spinner series: Singularity.
2. Model Concept and Mechanism: My latest PC gadget, the 'Aero Spinner' series, was inspired by the terrifyingly beautiful black hole 'Gargantua' seen in the movie. It aims to reproduce the accretion disk swirling at tremendous speeds outside the event horizon, and the ring of light distorted and twisted by the gravitational lensing effect, right on your desktop through a residual image effect.

3. Media (Video/Photos) Explanation: Due to frame rate limitations, video files may not fully convey the true residual image effect of Singularity. Please be sure to check out the 'Long Exposure Photos' on the model page. You'll experience the light artistry created by your PC fan more vividly. Videos demonstrate the actual movement, while long-exposure photos express its beauty.
4. Usage and Precautions: [Before Use]
Compatible Fans: This model is designed for use in environments where PC fans expel air upwards (blowing up).
Rotation Direction: This model is designed to rotate 'clockwise' when viewed from above. If your PC fan rotates counter-clockwise when viewed from above, please horizontally flip the model in your slicer software before printing.
Recommended Rotation Speed: Unlike other Aero Spinner series models, this one achieves its most beautiful residual image and lensing effects at high rotation speeds. Adjust your fan's rotation speed and the distance between the base and the fan to find the optimal performance.
Safety Precautions: Please exercise extreme caution when using this inside your PC case. In the unlikely event that a blade breaks, it could potentially damage internal PC components. Regular inspection and secure installation are recommended.
5. Printing Details: [Printing and Assembly Tips]
Adopted Split Printing: To achieve both advanced multi-color expression and printing efficiency, the model is divided into multiple parts for printing. This significantly reduces the enormous printing time and filament consumption (purge amount) that were challenges with conventional full-color printing.
AMS Recommended: A multi-material system like Bambu Lab AMS is essential to beautifully reproduce the complex black patterns of the accretion disk.
Easy Assembly: Each part can be easily aligned and assembled using a dowel structure. For greater stability, we recommend securing the accretion disk with a minimal amount of adhesive.
Ensure that the six blade sections (inner blade for the core, outer blade for the accretion disk) are assembled without misalignment.
For Smooth Rotation: Applying a silicone spray or similar to the rotation axis will allow for smoother and quieter rotation.

- Number of Plates: 2
- Estimated Print Time: ~3 hours 45 minutes
