This 3D-printable compression joint is a modular component designed for seamless integration into your own models and projects. It’s engineered to accommodate wire diameters ranging from 5mm to 6.6mm, with a snug-fitting TPU gasket insert to ensure a tight seal.
The joint is printed in PETG for durability and flexibility, as PLA versions are prone to snapping under compression. TPU gaskets are used to enhance the seal and help prevent dust, debris, or light moisture ingress, making it suitable for a wide range of DIY and prototyping applications.

Please Note
The small tabs can be a little delicate and should be handled with a bit of care to prevent breakage. Highly recommended to place the TPU insert in first which helps with the overall strength prior to inserting wire/cap.
