DO NOT DECREASE THE SET PERCENTAGE UNLESS YOU PLAN TO PUT WEIGHTS IN IT!!!! PUTTING WEIGHTS IN IT IS RECOMMENDED!

The disk spins way longer and is more accurate to how a real Euler's disk functions if you put weights in it during printing, which can be done by pausing the print and putting something heavy like sand or a heavy piece of metal in it and then resuming the print. Increasing the disks size may also work. You can also try to increase the infill if you dont want weights in it.

A semi-functional eulers disk, it spins for a while and makes cool sounds. Enjoy.
