Description
Version 2 of my Small Parts Tray. It's the same great small parts tray, but it now offers the ability to stack multiple trays.
I always hate taking apart an item that contains multiple screws such as a laptop, so I designed a tray to be used while working on an item that contains small parts such as screws. You can put the parts into the tray in the general order in which you removed them. Helps when it comes time to reassemble the item. There are two different trays. Tray 1 has ten individual compartments. Eight smaller compartments and 2 larger compartments. Tray 2 has 12 individual compartments of the same size. Tray 3 is a little taller and has 5 individual compartments. Tray 4 has just one large compartment. The inside corners of each compartment have a slight radius that helps when it comes time to remove the parts from the tray. I hope you find this helpful and useful. Trays measure roughly 5" by 3.5", but it can be resized to your liking.
Printed with no supports!
Update: I was asked if I could make a lid, so I did. The lid is optional, but it may come in handy. The lid is meant to be added to the top tray. You can print multiple lids if you like, but the trays won/t lock together if each tray has a lid. The lid fits tight. Enjoy.
