Case Stackable

Filament

All the boxes I printed were made of PLA. The material is sufficiently stable and easy to print.
With PLA-CF, I noticed that when the lid was printed, it often had an internal tension that bent the lid. Normal PLA/PLA matt worked better. PLA-CF worked normally well with the case.

Print Information

• All parts are printed in 0.2 mm layer height. There are exceptions for the following parts:
  • The lid is printed in 0.08mm layer height to improve the thread for the knob
  • The threaded part of the knobs is printed in 0.08mm
• No support needed!
• Internal Project settings for A1 & X1C available. These are the printers I used to print and test the parts.
• The following settings are selected:

  • Quality
    Precision
    X-Y hole compensation: 0,1mm
    Precise Z height: yes

    Order of walls: outer/inner

  • Strength

Knob assembly

The knob is mounted on the lid with a thread. This allows you to combine your favourite design. Print out your favourite knob and attach it to the lid by turning it clockwise. Please do not overtighten!

Recommendation

Even better with little effort! Stick self-adhesive rubber feet under the case.
