This simple shower head gets all the details right - spray angle, jet density, water velocity - to give you a luxurious feeling shower.

It has a standard G1/2 thread (21mm OD, 14 TPI) on the end compatible with most handheld hoses. It prints as two pieces that easily superglue together.
