Intro:
Helldivers 2 Inspired Playing Cards! These are waterproof cards made with a 0.4mm nozzle. (or 0.2mm)

1: The Files:
Size - Each Card is 63.5x89.9mm (standard) with a height of 0.34mm. A standard paper playing card is anywhere from 0.18-0.26mm thick. A standard plastic “Waterproof” playing card (based off of 2 decks I own) are 0.35mm thick. So the 4 layers totaling 0.34mm allow no light bleed through to peek at cards, and a non-flimsy thickness. 
 

Plates which fit 6 and 7 per cards each, so 2 plates per suit.

2: Recommended Filaments and Build Plates:
Filament - 
- Black is borderline required. It prevents light from coming through and prevents being able to see what the card is from the back side.
- Silk Gold can be replaced, it is what the back of the card will have. Yellow is a good alternative, but white/red does look cool in testing.

- Red/Yellow/Purple/Orange for the faces of the cards. Many people like 2-color for the suits for certain games. If you have 2 types of build plates, you can use those instead. For one deck, I did Carbon-Fiber 3D effect plate for Bots and Divers, and the Diamond 3D effect for the Bugs and Squids. That way, each keep their unique color and you can still play card-color-based games. 

Plates - On my first deck, I used Textured PEI for Bugs, Smooth for Divers, Diamond 3D effect for Squid, and Carbon Fiber 3D effect for Bots.
If you want to use 3D effect plates, look at settings section.

Now, I'd just do Carbon Fiber and Diamond 3D effect Plates.

3: Settings:
Plates - I had a lot of trouble getting the 3D effect plates to work. There are only a couple things to change in your slicer.
1- USED TEXTURED PEI PLATE SETTING FOR 3D EFFECT PLATES!
     ^This just works, It gets the nozzle a little closer and the difference in consistency is night and day.
2- Lower First-Layer speed to 30mm/s. First layer Travel Speed limited to 100mm/s
3- 60C Initial Layer for Textured PEI seems to have more consistent results for me.
4- Wipe down plates with  >70% Isopropyl alcohol. 

5- Filament Order - For your first layer, black needs to be last. Well… it doesn't need to be but it worked out better. The files already have it set, but if you tinker with it yourself… it helps… a lot. 
To do this, hit the setting hexagon on the build plate, then change first-layer to “Customize” and then move black to the last spot.


4: Extras:

Alternate Cards - I have uploaded 2 Jokers and a modified Queen-of-Divers to act as a Queen-of-Spades for the game “Hearts” where the heart cards are replaced by the bot cards. 

The alternate card profile has a joker per faction and your choice of Diver Queen of Spades.

This user's card box works perfectly and is a simple design.
Though it is share-alike and I could post as a remix, I want MrMoonlight to get the credit he deserves for designing the box. It's great! It works!

This helldivers update is both cool and also sigh, gatta update the cards.

Update 7/14/2025:

Thinner profile has been added.

-Cards are 0.34mm thick as opposed to 0.4mm thick.

-The colors of the faces are less vibrant, but this brings them to standard plastic card thickness.
-Profile has jokers included, and the Queen of Divers is the modified version for “hearts” card game.
