This is a 2D print of the cartoon character Puff the Magic Dragon. He's from a TV special in the 1970's, which was based on a song by Peter, Paul, and Mary, which was based on a poem by Leonard Lipton. 

I honestly loved the cartoon as a kid, just so wholesome. 

Make sure to use the brim settings I have on the print if you want the black outline around the character.
