New sizes available now: 1x4 and 1x5!

I’ve been building a Gridfinity drawer system for all my 3D printing supplies. While I could find holders for most tools (and have already designed a few myself) , I ran into a final issue: storing my cable ties.

So I designed a compact, two-color Gridfinity-compatible cable tie holder, and I made 4 versions to accommodate different lengths!

Versions:
1x4 size: Fits cable ties up to 16 cm

1x5 size: Fits cable ties up to 19 cm

1x6 size: Fits cable ties up to 20 cm, possibly even 24 cm.

1x9 size: Fits longer cable ties up to 35 cm, and likely even 37 cm.

Assembly:
1x4 & 1x5 version:

Since there is less give than the 1x6 version, there are breaks in the rails you can just slide it in the closed size first.

1x6 version:
Simply push the red (contrast color) part into the main body. A bit of wiggling might help, but it’s a snug fit by design.

1x9 version:
Insert the dowels into the black parts first. Then slide in the red part and press the black pieces together to complete the holder.

Important Note:
There’s a rounded edge designed to go under the opening. Like shown in the right photo. This helps make the cable ties easier to grab.
