Minecraft sword - extendable/ telescopic version with TWO TWISTS!

Your own customisable Minecraft sword that extends out like a real sword! 

Twist 1 - sword comes out spiral like rather than the original straight one I made (check profile for model)

Twist 2 - hidden compartment to stash small goodies! Can hold small coins, gift card/note, small lollies/ chocolates, mini figurines.

Choose your own colour combinations. No AMS is needed. No need to worry about filament poop wastage.

Some glue was used to attach the coloured design onto the actual sword, but super easy to do with the guide holes provided.

Attaching the sword halves together can get a little tricky but can be done with the correct technique. 

1. Line up the bottom of the sword telescopic sticks with the points that point out midway on the sword body. See image below.

2. Wiggle it a little and it should slide in perfectly. See video below.

   

3.  Line up the second sword body half (black) as if you're about to click the black body parts together. Now see image below. Lift the telescopic sword parts (blue) so there is an even gap between both sword parts (see red lines in pic below). Wiggle the sword (blue) a little up and down and the two body parts (black) will eventually slide into each other. This can take 5-10 mins, you'll need to be a little patience to get the correct position. You need to make sure to keep the sword (blue) at that mid-way point it originally slid into (check images above for reference).

    

   

Everything else is assembled based on as it appears visually in the model pics. Coloured squares can be glued as shown in image.  Guide holes provided for easy placement. Slide the hidden compartment into where its supposed to be (shown in model gifs above).
