There are 2 different versions of the ghost dispenser (small and large), both are assembled in the same way and operate identically.

The small size is good for small candies like mini-m&m's, tic tac's or nerds.  It has a smaller candy exit hole and smaller capacity.

The large size is good for jelly beans, skittles, smarties etc.  It has a larger candy exit hole and a larger capacity.

Assembly 

A minimum of 3 rubber bands are required.

Start by wrapping rubber bands around the two sets of pegs found on either side of the inside piece.

Next wrap the third rubber band around the pegs found inside the rectangular section where the dispenser catch will go. A top view is shown below.  This can be tricky to do especially on the smaller dispenser!

Fill the candy container while holding your finger over the dispensing hole so that the candy can't slide out.

Position the outer shell over the inner piece and slide them down together until the bottom of the shell touches the 3 tabs found on the inner piece.

Squeeze all three tabs inward while pressing down on the shell to engage the elastics and lock the shell in-place.

The last step is to choose and glue the eyes to the outer shell of the assembled ghost.

There are two different sets of eyes provided.  One set is laying flat on the print bed and the pupils are angled to the side.  When printing these, the eyes will look like shown above and generate a smooth finish on the back (good for gluing).

The other set is angled up off the bed and tree supports are used to keep the eyes secured to the bed during printing.  These eyes will look like shown in the image below and generate a rough back (harder to glue). This set only switches color from white to blue once during the print.
