UPDATE: 2025-06-30 Uploaded a configurable Fusion 360 file. Enter the parameters, the height of the bottom of the box, the top of the box and the width of the box along the handle and label side. This will generate the appropriate size.

UPDATE: 2025-06-22 - Realized that the handle dimensions depend not only on the bottom but also the top. Also corrected a few minor dimensions. This should house all possible variations of the handle. If you want additional widths I have included the Fusion 360 file where you can add configurations with custom widths.

I really like the feel of the Gridfinity Rugged Storage Box design found on Printables (and PerplexingLabs, Makerworld, Github openscad). The one thing I didn't like is the handle. I want a handle to be smoother to the touch than the filleted square the design currently has.

I redesigned the handle for a 4U-6U wide and 5U-7U+ tall box. It has an octagonal shape with filleted edges to retain ease of print and still feel good. There are supports at the tips of the connection portion of the handles. You can print without but it can yield poor results.
