I really like the flexible shutter lasercut designs, but they are limited in functionality and most of them need to be glued together to have working runners.

That's why I designed this composite model, partly printed and partly cut!

I firstly designed it to be a key cabinet that can be hung on the wall but I have made it as modular as possible. It can be used with the hooks, it can be used on the wall with shelves and it can be used as a tabletop organizer with dividers!

Therefore there are therefore multiple pieces in the lasercut file:

Shutter, top and bottom pieces are the same for all models

Back:

There is a solid back and a back for the key cabinet

Shelves:

Shelf: Up to 7 shelves possible

Bottom shelf: slightly narrower first shelf positioned as low as possible

Dividers:

Angled top piece is necessary to avoid stuff getting into the shutter

Up to 7 horizontal dividers are possible

Up to 2 vertical dividers are possible

Assembly:

1. Place the lasercut pieces into one of the two sides (excluding the sutter) and fit the second side (can be finnicky)
2. Use 8 M3x6 bolts to fasten the top and bottom piece to the sides
3. Slide the shutter in from the back and push through
4. Screw the handle in (can be finnicky as well, especially with dividers)
5. Lubricate the runners!
