Dial gauge mount for bed leveling

This is a custom 3D-printed dial indicator holder for the Bambu Lab X1C and P1P / P1S, designed for precise manual bed leveling.

It replaces the hotend and securely holds the dial indicator in place. The holder is designed to fit dial indicators with an 8 mm shaft.

For clamping, an M4 thread was tapped into the left clamping jaw, and the right jaw was drilled slightly to allow the screw to pass through smoothly and clamp securely.

It’s printed in PLA+ for added strength and mounts easily using the existing hotend mount screws.

PS: The round cover serves as a replacement for the back cover of the dial gauge, if needed. In my case, there was a mounting part there that was in the way.
