Available parameters (all values are in millimeters):
pole width x = The first width of the post
pole width y = The second width of the post
depth = How far the cap should be placed over the post
wall_thickness = The width of the shell
lid_height = The height of the top above the post
edge_rounding = the rounding of the outer corners
drill_holes = Should there be two holes for screwing down
hole_diameter = How large the holes should be
