I wanted a way to easily mount my August keypad while also allowing it to be easily removable to exchange the batteries and also provide some protection. I came up with this. 2 models, one with screw holes if you want to mount it more permanently and one with a flat back to allow for mounting tape or a 3m Velcro command strip. It fits the 3m strip perfectly only showing the tab to remove the strips later which you can just cut off and it will look really clean. I have left them on for now but plan to remove them so it looks better. It fits perfectly by itself but if you want to have a more snug fit you can add a single layer of masking/painters tape around the keypad. Added a second profile with a tighter fit, if the fit is too tight it should not be a size issue but a pressure issue, use the model with the screw holes for an easier install/removal.
