This 3D-printable pegboard panel measures 8.5 inches by 8.5 inches and mounts directly to your wall with screws. The design is optimized to fit standard 220mm x 220mm print beds, making it easy to print on most common 3D printers.

To make expanding your pegboard setup easy, this design includes a custom alignment tool that ensures perfect spacing between multiple boards—no measuring required. The tool attaches securely to the edges of two pegboards at once, keeping them aligned so that the outer holes on both boards remain fully usable. only need the alignment tool if putting in more then one sheet on pegboard.

How to use the alignment tool:

1. Start by mounting your first pegboard sheet to the wall using screws.

    

2. Take your next pegboard (the one you're about to mount) and press one side of the alignment tool onto its edge.

    

3. With the tool attached to the second pegboard, bring it up to the mounted board and push the other side of the alignment tool onto the edge of the already mounted pegboard.

    

4. Once both boards are locked in place with the tool, you can screw the second pegboard into the wall.

    

5. Remove the alignment tool and repeat the process for each additional board.

This setup gives you clean, consistent spacing every time and makes building a larger pegboard wall simple and precise.
