Hey fellow makers!

I wanted to share my firs try on making lamp for my  Laboratory stand - somewhat articulated lamp to light only working area with abilty to be turned away and off without touching it too much.

Lamp in my case uses 5V from phone charger, you can freely use 12 and 24V versions

Total cost of the lamp result's in around ~1-2$
 

Wiring is absolutely simple

On the right you can see switch and usb layout:

• RED - limit switches
• Orange - USB-C
• Yellow - USB-C breakout PCB

Used parts for power and switching

[ I couldn't find exact one, but it's U-shape aluminium profile i found in hardware shop ]

COB LED strip 8mm looks like that and can be found in something like aliexpress, just force push in it in profile and it will held there just fine
