The Square Circle is an illusion used to produce objects from an apparently empty container.  The trick consists of two main components: the square outer box and a circular tube.  The magician begins by lifting the square box off the base and showing it empty.  The box is placed back on the base and the circular tube is then removed showing it is empty as well.  The tube is placed back on the base inside the square box.  With a magical gesture, the magician begins pulling items out of the “empty” tube, amazing everyone in the process.

The trick to the Square Circle is the secret inner tube.  The inner tube appears hidden since it is the same color of the inner box and the base.  Before you perform the trick, preload the inner tube with what you want to produce, such as a silk, flower, money, etc.

Parts included in the Square Circle:

Box - Can be any color - Needs supports

Box Inner - Black

Base - Black - Needs supports

Mesh - Should be a lighter color

Tube - Can be any color but should be bright enough to see through the mesh

Inner Tube - Black

Assembly:

The box has 4 hole indents on the inside face to attach the mesh.  Add a drop of glue to each hole and insert the mesh.

The black inner box slides into the box from the bottom.  Add some glue to the box and inner box walls before sliding in the box so it will hold in place.  The black inner box and mesh should be attached to the box to create one piece.

Remember, the base, inner box, and inner tube should all be black to create the illusion.
