I modelisated this entire armor on fusion360. It fits with my size : 1.75m i should work with 1m80 for sure  and 1m90 perhaps. 

This armor has been modelisated for airsoft players, but it can be used for cosplay. I used a 0.8mm nozzle and ABS-CF to print it, you can also print it in petg, or ABS, using a 0.4mm nozzle. Please share your print profile if you print this using that way. To be confortable, i used neoprene glue gel to glue on some EVA foams (1cm of thickness)

For the paint, i used yellow paint from Gold montana
