Large Stackable Storage Tray with Customizable Dividers

Large and versatile storage tray solution, designed to be stackable. I designed these as I find organising smaller bits in deep drawers to be a nightmare. Includes separate dividers that can be glued into place at any desired location within the tray. 

Material Compatibility:

This model is designed to be printable in a variety of common 3D printing filaments, including PLA, ABS, and others. Please note that the provided photos showcase PLA versions of my printed trays.

Printing and Assembly:

The model is provided across three build plates optimised for the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon (X1C):

• One plate contains the divider files.
• One plate contains the left side of the tray.
• One plate contains the right side of the tray.

The components are designed to be easily assembled using the plug and hole connector system.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Print all three plates.
2. Apply glue to the plug connectors on one side piece.
3. Slot the corresponding holes of the other side piece onto the glued plugs.
4. Clamp or firmly hold the pieces together until the glue has set. (I clamped mine and left them for 5 minutes) 
5. Once the main tray assembly is complete, print the desired number of dividers.
6. Apply glue to the edges of the dividers and position them within the tray according to your organizational requirements.

Model Dimensions:

The assembled storage tray has the following approximate dimensions: 408mm×248mm×76mm. 

Support Requirements:

This model is designed to print without the need for any supports, simplifying the printing process. ALso the fill volume is only 8% as I didn't intend to store anything super heavy in mine.
