🧾 Materials Needed:

📐 Design Specs

• Box Dimensions: ~214mm x 205mm x 30mm (or scale to your preference)
• Front Panel: Cutout of Falling in Reverse logo 3D printed
• Layers:
  • Backplate for LEDs
  • Diffuser layer (translucent white PLA or acrylic)
  • Front face with logo/text cutout

🛠️ Step-by-Step Build

3D Print the Components

• Print layers:
  • Front panel (with logo/text cutout)
  • Middle spacer or light channel
  • Backplate
• Print the front in black for contrast; inner layers in white for diffusion.

Prepare the LED System

• Use a USB LED strip and measure to match box depth.
• Affix strip to inside backplate or route around inner perimeter.
• Drill or notch a hole for the power cable if using USB.

 Assemble the Lightbox

• Layer in this order: backplate → diffuser (white PLA/acrylic) → front panel.
• Secure with adhesive or small screws.
• Add standoffs if you want spacing between layers for a shadowbox effect.

 Power It Up

• Connect LED strip to USB or battery.
• Optionally, install a switch or remote-control RGB system.

🧪 Tips for Best Results

• Print slower for clean logo edges (40–50 mm/s).
• Use 100% infill or multiple perimeters for front panel strength.
• If printing diffuser in PLA, use translucent filament, not opaque.
• Keep the lightbox ventilated if using bright LED strips.
