As someone who frequently handles desiccants, I was tired of silica gel beads scattering everywhere during transfer. I needed a simple, effective tool to make this task (and many others involving small particles or liquids) cleaner and easier.   • Contents-Friendly Stacking: Ingeniously designed to be stacked even when full! Simply offset the angle (as seen in the thumbnail!) to securely stack trays with contents inside, preventing spillage and cross-contamination.
• Precise Pouring Spout:
  • The triangular corners act as perfect spouts, allowing you to pour liquids, powders (like that pesky silica gel!), or granular materials accurately and without mess. Ideal for transferring reagents, beads, or samples with minimal loss.
• Versatile Organizer:
  • Perfect for sorting and holding small lab components (stir bars, vial caps), samples, weighing materials, craft beads, or any tiny items that need careful handling.
  • Use multiple trays to manage different substances simultaneously or for various steps in an experiment or project.

⚙️ Printing Recommendations

• Supports: None Required! This model is designed to print beautifully without any supports.
• ⚠️ Important Printing Tip: While supports are not needed, ensure your part cooling fan is working effectively. Some overhang areas, particularly on the outer walls, might be prone to slight sagging if cooling is insufficient in spots where the fan's airflow is less direct. Adjusting print speed or fan settings for overhangs might be beneficial for the best results.

💡 Stacking & Usage Tips

• Compact Stack (Unused): Align the corners and stack them directly for minimal footprint.
• Angled Stack (With Contents): When trays are filled, rotate the upper tray approximately 60 degrees relative to the lower one. The unique triangular shape allows for stable stacking without the contents touching.
• Color Code: Print in different colors to easily identify different samples, reagents, or project components!
