She used to water everything in her garden with one—from delicate flowers to sturdy vegetables—this design delivers a soft, even delivery perfect for plants, seedlings, or lawns. Designed for standard garden hoses, it’s easy to print, and built for outdoor use. Ideal for gardeners and makers alike, this model blends vintage charm with modern 3D printing.

Tips

• For best results, use PETG with a bed temp of 80°C and nozzle temp of 240-250°C (optimized for Bambu X1C).
• Enlarge to 102% if the threads are too tight. 
• It can show a warning for needing supports. I have not had to print with them.
• Customize the STL in your slicer to adjust hole sizes for different spray patterns.
• Reuse the garden hose threads from this model in others.

I created this diffuser to solve the problem of harsh hose sprays damaging delicate plants. After testing multiple iterations, this design balances functionality, ease of printing, and durability. It’s perfect for gardeners and makers looking for a practical, open-source project.
