Design your own custom-fit gaskets and sealing rings with this flexible parametric tool. Whether you need a circular, oval, square, or rectangular shape, this system gives you complete control over the final dimensions. Perfect for hobbyists, tinkerers, and engineers needing quick seals for enclosures, containers, or prototypes.

This model is intended as a MakerWorld Customizer project, and is my first SCAD model — use the parameters to generate exactly what you need.

Supported Shapes:

• Ellipse – circular or oval rings
• Quadrilateral – square or rectangular rings with customizable corners

Customizable Parameters:

• Inner Width – horizontal opening dimension
• Inner Height – vertical opening dimension
• Model Height – how tall (thick) the seal is
• Wall Thickness – how thick the ring body is
• (Quadrilateral only)
  • Inner Corner Radius – rounding on the inside
  • Outer Corner Radius – rounding on the outside

Recommended Print Settings:

• Material: TPU recommended for flexible seals
• Infill: 100% for maximum sealing

How to Use:
Use the MakerWorld Customizer to define your gasket geometry. You’ll receive a model tailored to your specs, ready for slicing and printing. Perfect for fast-prototyping functional seals for containers, toolboxes, or enclosures.
