Wiring

Wiring is super simple. This should be compatible with most different LED strips, you will need about 420mm per box. You will also need a female 5.5*2.1 DC socket. I tested one from MakerSupply (See BoM below), and one from amazon. There are many different types but any with a diameter of 10-13mm should work.

Mounting

This lightbox is designed for use on the surface of an IKEA Pax wardrobe. You can use the supplied Jig to mark our a wall of the wardrobe, and then screw in a bunch of wood screws. I used 3.5x16mm screws. I have added enough screws to quickly reposition the lights wherever I want. Glue some 6x2mm magnets into the back of the light box so that it can stick to the new screw wall. There are 10 holes for magnets but you might not need all of them, I needed all as my cheap magnets are quite weak.
