I printed with AMS on my A1 printer, but I believe it should be possible to print with manual color changes as well. The filaments I used are:

Bambulab PLA Basic - Black

Bambulab PLA Basic - Jade White 

Bambulab PLA Basic - Red

Bambulab PLA Basic - Magenta

First layer should be printed at 0.16mm and then the rest of the layers at 0.08mm with a 0.4mm nozzle with 100% infill

Swap instructions if needed

Start with Black
At layer #8 swap to Jade White
At layer #16 swap to Red
At layer #17 swap to Magenta
At layer #21 swap to Jade White for the rest.
