Configurable spice rack for round spice jars. The bottom part and the top rack are printed separately that can then be assembled easily by guiding pins and holes. Assembly can be done by applying a bit of glue in the assembly holes, or by choosing a small pin clearance value. I used PLA Tough for the bottom part and PLA Basic for the top rack and 0.075 mm pin clearance to make for a strong fit without the need for glue. You can experiment for a good fit without glueing by cutting away a big part of the objects after loading in Bambu Studio and printing a pin/hole pair.

Be careful during assembly to not break the upward pointing rails of the bottom part. Before assembly these are quite fragile. After assembly, the risk of breaking is very low due to the fixation by the top rack.

The Openscad model can be used to modify the parameters in Makerworld. I advise to choose at least 5 mm for rail thickness for a robust spice rack. The Openscad model has both parts in the same file. After customization a .3mf file or .stl file can be saved. In Bambu Studio the model must be split into two objects, the bottom part and the top part. One object (e.g. the top rack) can be selected and dragged onto a second build plate. Besides easier printing without supports, it allows the bottom and top part to have a different color.

During configuration, make sure that the rail thickness does not exceed the jar spacing. The jars would not fit in the top rack.
