One thing I have always struggled with is peeling all of my citrus fruits. Since I trim my nails regularly, I have nothing to start the peel. Most times I just end up biting the peel, but that leaves you with an unnatural taste in your mouth that ruins the whole orange experience. So, I thought up this handy device to assist you in deskinning all your citrus delights. Feel free to scale in your slicer as necessary to your finger size. Happy Peeling!
