This is a mounting clip designed to secure zip ties (up to 10 mm wide and 2.5 mm thick) in a corner. It’s fixed in place with a countersunk screw (screw head up to 10 mm wide), and thanks to the angled screw hole, the clip pulls itself snugly into the corner when tightened.
