Modular Desk Tray Customizable Hexagon Pattern

This desk tray is perfect for organizing your workspace, workshop, or nightstand. The model consists of two separate bodies that can be printed individually. The second body features a hexagon pattern, which can be customized by adjusting the infill density in your slicer — allowing you to change the size of the hexagons to your liking!

Dimensions:

Outer dimensions of the tray: 220 x 220 mm
Inner usable area: 208 x 208 mm

Customization Tip:
Use your slicer to change the infill settings of the second body. Lower infill density results in larger hexagons, while higher density creates smaller ones. I did 15 % infill for my example in the pictures. You need to slice the file to see the preview.

Recommended Print Settings:

Layer height: 0.2 mm
Infill (second body): adjustable to achieve desired hexagon size
Material: PLA or PETG recommended
