Ensure that all parts are printed. There should be 8 individual parts (excluding the Lamp Kit)

1. Base
2. Arm
3. Lamp Head - Top
4. Lamp Head - Middle
5. Lamp Head - Bottom
6. Diffuser*
7. Bolt
8. Cap

*I recommend printing the diffuser in basic White PLA or a translucent filament, so the light shines through more clearly.

• Clear any stringing or loose plastic around the ridge at the bottom of the Lamp Head - Middle. 
• Insert the diffuser into the small gap. 
• Slowly go around, and nudge the diffuser in little by little, since vase mode prints break more easily. 
• Once you get it in, it should hold in place firmly without the need for glue.
• Make sure to align the small notch so the wire for the lamp can pass through.

• Glue the Lamp Head - Bottom onto the diffuser. I used Superglue.
• There is a small ridge on both parts to line it up properly.

• Insert the LED module from the Bambu 001 Kit into the lamp head, and guide the cable through the provided notch.
• You can also use other 3rd-party light pucks with the same dimensions, though I can't guarantee that it will work as well.

• Twist the two parts of the Lamp Head together. They should lock together snugly.
• Keep in mind where the cable hole is. You would want it to be as close to the arm as possible so that it would be less obvious when the cable is routed.

• Fit the Arm and Base together.
• They lock in place with a hexagon pin at the bottom. The tolerances are pretty tight, but it should be no problem for a well-calibrated printer.

• Secure the head to the arm, aligning the holes and tightening the screw and cap.
• When loosened, the Lamp Head should be able to move and snap to different angles.

• When tightened, the Lamp Head should be fixed in place and should not move.

   

• Feed the cable through the built-in recess along the arm. It should be held snugly by the tiny grips along the channel.
