A parametric cap for a flashlight designed to prevent accidental activation. The diameter can be adjusted in Fusion 360 using the user parameter "Width". Simply enter the exact measured diameter, and all necessary tolerances will be applied automatically. The printed inner diameter is increased by 0.1 mm, with three small fins added to compensate for possible variations between different printers and filament types. A lanyard hole is also included to prevent loss of the cap.
