Material: PETG for durability and consistent spring action
Layer Height: 0.2 mm
Walls: 5 perimeters
Supports: None required
Build Plate: Leave parts to fully cool before removal to preserve spring shape

Some PETGs, even those from the same manufacturer, seem to be more prone to breaking. I have noticed this especially with darker colors; lighter colored PETGs do not seem to break when bent. If you have trouble with this, try printing the "Less Clamping Force" version.

Assembly

Snap the two jaw halves onto the spring, no glue or tools required, and press until they click firmly into place with zero play.
