After being introduced to commander I wanted a box that would have a wow! factor, but also that I could bring with me with friends to play.

I created this deckbox from scratch with the following features (some heavily influenced by other deckboxes I saw in this website):

• Supports (single) sleeved cards
• One box per commander set without protruding parts to easily take it with me
• Small parts like counters don't fall out (This is where the optional part is for)
• Three compartments to easily organize everything: Commander, tokens(/extras) and the main deck
• Easily grab the cards
• Easy printing
• Commander easily viewable
• Optional top colors for extra wow factor and to more easily view the commander colors

Several versions have been made, this (v4) is the version I was happy enough with to freeze it and share it with y'all :)

For custom lids (as you see on mine, I have multiple different colors on top) I added the Fusion360 files for the lid, the process how I make them is:

• Change the big green download in Bambu Studio/Download 3mf button to Download STL/CAD files
• Press the Download/CAD files button
• Download the source file - Lid with mana file
• Open in Fusion360
• Move colors on the sketch to where I want them
• Extrude them away from the lid (I use 0.8mm)
• Extrude the same area again from the sketch, but now make a new body
• Export the files for Bambu slicer
• Color the MTG mana colors into colors of your liking and print with multi filaments!

Update 20-06-2026: The extra height for the commander has been dropped 0.5mm, which should be just enough so the sleeves won't interfere with the lid anymore!
