本外壳适用于 DIY无源音响的功放,选用的功放模块为2.1三声道蓝牙数字功放板,功放板相关资料如附图所示。
本功放套件所需物料清单如下:
1、2.1三声道蓝牙数字功放板*1。
2、外壳上部分*1。
3、外壳下部分*1。
4、前面板*1。
5、后面板*1。
6.、螺丝M3*6*12。
7、307镀金铜杆接线柱音箱接线柱 (4MM香蕉插头) *6。
8、无氧铜音频线缆,约20cm。
9、热缩管红色黑色若干。
相关说明如下:
1、关于功放板的购买,可以直接用资料文档中的图片去搜,本人不售卖。
2、本人使用的是内六角螺栓,外壳零件无螺纹设计,纯靠螺栓自攻丝,复刻时可以按照自己的需要采用自攻丝螺丝。
3、我使用的电源为12v3A。
4、音频接线端子我只装了4只的原因是:目前我还没有低音单元,所以低音输出闲置。
5、无氧铜音频线缆可以使用导其它线代替,满足使用需求即可。
6、装配时,前面板尽量先与功放板的继电器配合锁上螺丝,再与外壳下部分装配,或者如果先装功放板,就得在功放板与前面板之间留一定间隙,以防前面板装配出现问题。

The screws used are internal hexagon bolts, and the enclosure components are designed without threads, relying solely on self-tapping screws. When replicating, you can use self-tapping screws according to your needs.
The power supply used is 12V 3A.
The reason only 4 audio terminals are installed is that the subwoofer unit is not currently available, so the subwoofer output is idle.
The oxygen-free copper audio cables can be replaced with other suitable wires as long as they meet the usage requirements.
During assembly, it is recommended to first secure the front panel to the amplifier board's relay and then assemble it with the bottom part of the enclosure. If the amplifier board is installed first, ensure there is adequate space between the amplifier board and the front panel to avoid assembly issues.
