This is Naruto's Fidget Toy! Sometimes, even ninjas get bored.

You can assemble this chained spinny fidget toy in 30 seconds. There are many chain lengths and ring sizes, pick what it right for you. 12-15 chain length seems to be comfortable for me. 

Depending on the print orientation, no supports are needed. However, for durability, I recommend a higher infill for the kunai blade.

It's a remix of Jaatinen3D's RingChaku, go check that out. I just added a different end (The kunai blade) to it which I feel is a little more fun to play with since I am a fan of the show.
