Quick and Easy Custom Finger Splint

This lightweight finger splint weighs just around 7 grams and can be easily customized for a perfect fit. It's designed to be 3D printed in PLA and then shaped by gently heating it with a hair dryer or similar heat source. Inspired by the common metal medical splints available at drugstores, this version offers a more comfortable and user-friendly alternative being lighter, smoother, and free of sharp edges. The adjustable design allows for a snug, personalized fit, making it ideal for temporary support and minor finger injuries.

I would recommend heating and bending the side pieces inward first.

Then the middle of the splint can be heated and bent inward on itself. 

Some adhesive foam can also be applied to the inside of the splint for added comfort.
