To counter the hull line artifact I added the following (also in the print profile):

• During designing I added a hollow chamber in the model (see pictures from fusion and the yellow one while printing)
• Order of walls -> Print outer wall first (settings outer/inner)
• Slow down the speed off the outer and inner wall to 100mm/s
• Added a brim
• Dried the petg filament! Seriously, dry the filament!
• Keep an open printer away from draft
