Heat-Set Insert Tip case for 3DZWMAN (brand name) insert tips.  Dual-color option to add labels changes colors just six times.

Version 2

Relaxed hinge clearance for printers having issues with the tight clearance in version 1.  Added a clasp to hold the lid shut when closed.  Just pull to open.  Also enlarged and added finger pull indentations.

This is still a tight print-in-place hinge.  I can't guarantee your printer can successfully make this, but the relaxed tolerances in this model should work on more printers.  

Personally, I prefer the tight hinge on version 1 to keep the lid closed.  If you think your printer is up to the task, head over here.
