🟫 Key Features:
- 🕯️ Designed for Real Tealights (Ø 38 mm):
This lantern is specifically modeled to fit tealight with a diameter of 38 mm.
⚠️ Important: Please verify your tealight’s actual size before printing. - 🧱 Minecraft-Inspired Aesthetic:
The pixel geometry makes it a perfect fit for themed rooms, cosplay, or fans of the franchise! - 🎨 "Stained glass" look achieved by color changes per layer:
– white at the base, yellow in the middle, orange on top (with two tone variations!)
– great result using only 3 colors and no need for multicolor hardware! - ⚙️ Color changes are handled automatically with AMS, but if you don’t have one,
the printer will pause for manual filament swaps — easy and accessible! (color order: white, yellow and, orange) - 🧩 Secure Modular Construction:
Includes insertable rods to lock the top firmly in place, ensuring that the lantern won’t come apart even if hung. - 🧷 Minimal Support Needed:
Strategically designed to require few supports, which are easy to remove and leave no visible marks.
🖨️ Print Guidelines:
- Material: PLA
- Layer Height: 0.2 mm
- Supports: Minimal, tree-style recommended
- “Glass” Panels: Print separately and slide in from the top.
⚠️ Note on Tealight Fit:
Tested with tealights that measured 38 mm in diameter. The inner cavity is modeled accordingly, with just enough tolerance (~0.3 mm) to allow easy insertion while keeping the tealight stable.
🛠️ Assembly Instructions
- Attach the tealight
Fix your tealight (38 mm diameter) to the bottom base using glue or double-sided tape. This ensures it stays in place when moving or hanging the lantern. - Insert the panels
Slide each pixel-style panel ("glass") into the corresponding slots in the frame. Align and close the top
Place the top lid, making sure the holes on the corners of the lid align perfectly with the holes in the vertical posts, as shown in the picture.
Secure with locking bars
Insert the included bars into the holes to lock the lid in place. This prevents the lantern from opening accidentally, especially if it’s hanging.
- Optional third bar
A third bar is included – use it to push out the locking bars from underneath if you ever need to reopen the lantern.
🔧 Although the lid fits snugly at first, repeated opening and closing might slightly loosen it over time. That’s why the locking bars are there — for extra safety and stability.
