The head will need supports, printed here in PETG, 0.2mm layers. No supports for the rest, 0.1mm for the eyes and grill, which should just click in and stay. I ran a fine tip marker between the “teeth” to highlight them, but they could be left, or painted in also.

Give the spring a bit of a bend backwards to set it before install, as his eyes are a bit heavier and he will end up looking down if you don't.
