I had this clock in my mind immediately when it came up in the book. Loved the idea and needed to create it as per my vision. 

I designed it for printing without supports. You will need to print 4 MiddleCover parts and 5 Ring parts, the rest is one of each. The 

The only post-processing needed is to glue the Inside cover to the EndCover. The rest is up to you. I went with sanding for rougher look and then painting with acrylic paint - mostly mix of silver, black and white.
