The Blossoming Lamp is an awesome lampshade consisting of 14 interlocking pieces printed at once. Print in place and supportless to boot! When you pull up on the top the flower opens allowing more light out. Take note in the print profile there are Two Different Lamp Shades.

The plates are labeled for you. The difference is Opaque [the white ones in the last 3 pictures] vs Translucent [the purple/red ones in the first 5 pictures] and the latter has a thin solid inner surface instead of grillwork to act as a light diffuser when using translucent filament. You'll also print the Stand plate for either.

After print, carefully push up on the bottom center parts while pulling down on the outer ring. You may need to slice a few strings between petals to allow them to separate. After opening it, exercise it a few times and it should move freely.

The Stand is hllowed to accept threaded rod that lamps are often mounted with. Just find a small lamp socket and cord. Using standard candelabra socket/LED bulb works. Anything should work less than 34mm in diameter. Consider low power LED so it won't soften the plastic from heat. Once the bulb is installed slip the shade down over it and press it into the stand. The bottom [of the stand] is solid if you want to put something weighted if you're worried about tip overs.
