Fed up with bags and jackets piling up or slipping off doorknobs, I designed a compact, stick-on door hook—perfect for backpacks, coats, or whatever needs hanging. It mounts easily with 3M-style adhesive (or anything similar), no drilling required, and stays put.
The idea started with a hook that hangs over the top of the door (fits doors up to 35mm thick), no glue, no screws—just hook it on. Then I added a second, lower support to hold more items: shorter and ideal for backpacks or jackets, while the top hook sticks out a bit more for easier access. But in the end, my favorite version was the stick-on model. For those who prefer a more permanent solution, I also created a screw-on variant with mounting holes.
Despite their minimal look, these hooks are tough. I printed one with just 2 walls and 15% infill and it held over 10kg. Still, I reinforced the design for extra peace of mind. PLA works great, but if you're feeling fancy, go for PLA-CF or PETG (probably overkill, though).
Hope you enjoy it! I'd love to see photos of how you're using it. And if your door has unusual dimensions, especially thickness—just let me know, I can tweak the design for you.
