Egg cryptex - encrypted safe

Egg Cryptex by Milorb Designs – A fun, egg-shaped cryptex that opens only with the correct code! 🥚🔐 It's designed for multicolor printing with AMS or in a single colour without it. All parts print separately and can be assembled with glue — simple and suitable for kids. It holds small surprises inside, making it perfect for Easter egg hunts or playful gifting.

You can choose between a version with built-in symbols or a blank one to create your own! The default model code (from the top, indicated by the arrows) is: home, circle, square, as shown in the thumbnail.

Want to set your own code? Just print all the models from the Base folder and three discs with different numbers — for example: Disc 1 Triangle, Disc 2 Home, Disc 3 Heart. Mix and match to create your unique combination! It requires around 100g of filament (or 90g without AMS). Durable, secure, and satisfying to solve!

If you want a single-color print, assign both model colors to one filament color in the app.

Assembly guide

First, remove the supports from inside the discs. Arrange all the discs in order on the bottom tube, using the numbers on the inside, as shown in the picture. Next, glue the bottom shell to the bottom tube, ensuring the pin aligns with the hole. Repeat this process with the top tube and the top shell. To close the cryptex, first enter the code.
